Elaine's Farm Kitchen is able to provide carvery's for all types of functions. Carvery's would typically be served from a Buffet Table, whereby your guests would be invited up table at a time to get their food. However, it is possible to provide the same menu in the form of a waitered service; the Meats would be carved and plated and delivered to your guests and vegetables would be placed in the centre of the tables for your guests to help themselves to.

A carvery could consist of the following:

  • Roast Topside of Herefordshire Beef
    • served with Yorkshire Pudding
  • Roast Pork with Crackling
    • served with Apple Sauce
  • Roast Turkey
    • served with Pork Sausages wrapped in Bacon and Cranberry Sauce
  • Sage and Onion Stuffing Balls
  • Seasonal Vegetables:
    • Roast Parsnips
    • Roast Potatoes
    • Mashed Potatoes
    • Dauphinoise Potatoes
    • New Potatoes
    • Mashed Swede
    • Peas and Carrots
